I've been pulling my hair out trying to figure out whats going on here. IE seems to want to move the right content div down a line, but Firefox won't extend the background of the content div.

Also, I tried (and failed) to get the menu and footer to work without tables. No matter what I tried, either IE or Firefox would position things incorrectly.

Anyone have any suggestions? I've attached screenshots if they help any. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
