i have come across one of my frend website which containts a vBulletin forum board....but it seems suspicious to me as hes kinda of Online Game hackers, Software serial cracker etc......

And he open up another forum which is now vBulletin while his previous phpbb forum is still Online and this took place in about a few hours so i was wondering if the license is valid of he hacked it....

is there any ways to whois to check if the license is a valid & real one?? please enlighten...thanks in advance

You could just submit it to vB (http://www.vbulletin.com/piracy.php) and let them have a look.
