Is it possible to sync Cpanel DNS with another control panel DNS?

You can set up BIND to do this, but the control panels would not be part of the process. This would need to be a custom 'tweak' done to BIND exclusively.

Can you tell me where I can find out how to do this? I'm considering syncing a cpanel server with a plesk linux server.
