I would like to offer Hosting services to caribbean countries and any other countries that usually spoke spanish and english in this are, with servers based on the US.

First offering Shared, because i currently have a Windows VPS that i use for my websites it has 20GB, 512Ram and 500GB Transfer and Plesk CP. Of the 20GB i would use 15GB for hosting clients.

what do you think about starting with a vps or would i be better with a dedicated?

I currently have a budget of around $100 to $170, i can have more money for this, but i want to try first, so that's because i have the VPS.

Services i would like to offer would be hosting, domain names, SSL certificates & Web Design. The market here in this country of hosting isn't much expanded and i would focus my services on local business, professionals, students, and known people and business friends that i have.


Others things that i would like some suggestions are about
-Billing (i have seen one called Modern Billing and seems pretty good)
-Support
-Advertising
