I am not sure about the browser compatibility these things have but for $49 it can't be bad. I believe because they are QuickSSL the compatibility should be better than the $49 ones from www.instantssl.com. RS must be buying in bulk to get them at this price because direct from GeoTrust they are $119.00.

I'd personally go with a Thawte still... Do they post a browser compatibility chart?

The browser compatibility on those QuickSSL certs offered by Rackshack now is actually quite good. In brief:
Thawte: 98% compatibility
GeoTrust QuickSSL: 95% compatibility
InstantSSL: 85% compatibility
I'm not a hundred percent on those figures as I'm remembering them off of the top of my head, so feel free to correct me. ;)

Can the Rackshack GeoTrust QuickSSL certs be used on non-Rackshack servers, or are they only offering that price to their own clients?
