Any Control Panel options with it? and what price?

At the current moment we do not have a control panel to offer with it. We looked into CPanel and others, but that would basically drive the monthly price up. And we would like to keep the price level we have right now. You can however purchase CPAnel or any other Control Panel and install it on the server. The one we use for our Linux Servers is called Smart Hosting Controller (http://www.smarthostingtools.com)
As far as a Windows Control Panel, we have one that we have developed and it would cost and extra $50/mo to run it. So you would be paying $149 per month total. To see a demo of the control panel go to http://www.cwiservices.net/ Use the info there. We are also upgrading this panel and the new versions should be ready by mid next month, so any windows host out there who need one we will be offering it to the general public very soon.

I'd want more details about your connections and the datacenter in general. 200 GB a month seems like an awful lot to go around offering on DS3s. How many DS3s do you have? What providers? What sort of connection to the servers have into the backbone? Etc.

We have our connections through VERIO and Time Warner Telecom via a local ISP called Megnet. Most of the traffic goes through our Verio Connection. We are muti-homed, but it is load balanced to go through the best connection which is Verio. We are located in a secure Bank Building in downtown Spokane. We are on the 9th Floor of the building.
Most of the ISPs in the area like AOL, Earthlink and so on have their location in the same building, and so does VERIO, so we have a huge pipe through VERIO, and can upgrade easily as we need it with simple Ethernet drops, since we are right on the POP. If you do a traceroute you will see. Our Datacenter is not huge like say rackshack.net, but we have plenty of space left to be filled. Right now we have two full DS3s with Verio, and one through Time Warner, via a local ISP called Megnet, which are both located in the same building we are, so we can afford to offer 200gb per month easily. And we have the ability to upgrade easily as mentioned above.
We have been in the hosting business since 1996, and cater more to people who want more personable service and are willing to pay a bit more for that service. We got into the dedicated hosting business in 1997 and have decided to really give that end of our business a huge push since we have the ability now to upgrade connections through Verio and Time Warner easily.

The server is expandable to 1 GB of ram. The set-up fee would increase by about $30 for every 256mb you add.
