I am looking for a webdesigner to help me with a project.

Heres what i need done:
A new banner (header) for my forum
5 signatures (optional)
New ICONS (for forum, new topic e.t.c)
MAYBE a few template changes, but that will come later!

I want to spend around $20 on this, but am willing to up my budget, or put it down of course! please email illsendit@gmail.com for more information!

PS. i need this done ASAP, really as soon as poss, hopfully by today.
