They seem pretty good so far I signed up for their trial plan about two weeks ago. They also offer fax services (inbound/outbound), but they don't support a lot of file types for outbound fax. It's pretty cheap, too. $5 to $7/month plus $13.50 for 150 minutes. I didn't get an 800 number, but they will give you a toll free number like 888 or 877.
