i am after one of those reseller accounts from enom.

Simply, what prices will anybody offer me for registrations? i don't want to be commited to buying x amount or prepaying a massive amount.

Why dont you just register them yourself at GoDaddy or somewhere? If you are looking for the full setup I think Enom or one of those companies is the only way,, And they Yes you have to pay there setup fee or buy x amount of domains or keep a monthly quota of x domains..

I remember some guy who is an enom reseller who gave me an enom reseller reseller account where I didn't need to pay any setup fee or anything.

How much are you looking to pay per domain name?
