I need software for a site and it doesn't have to be free. It just has to be good and not too hard to install.

I'll need a questionnaire which is then used to create a recovery plan, a daily tracker, automatic emails on a set schedule (based on results of the questionnaire). Also would like to have live chat, online courses. I'll need the ability for customers to sign up, pay with credit cards, manage account, etc. Am I looking for a one in all cms program or several programs? Which programs are the best? I'd appreciate some links.

Thanks

I think with that lot you would need a few different programs and some custom programming to add the bells and whistles!

It's difficult to recommend anything specific as I'd need to know a lot more detail about how it should all work together.

That does sound like a custom job. You could find a good questionnairescript somewhere & then hire someone to fix it up according to your needs.

have a look at 12all (newsletter mailer) and iSalient (questionnaire/polls) from http://www.activecampaign.com/ - they might be a good foundation for your project.

I appreciate the replies but it seems that I no longer need the software. I think that the client that wanted a quote was a designer trying to get us to do her leg work for her.

I know a couple of folks like that. Don't you just hate that? Ah well...

You do get 'em sometimes - at least you haven't got to worry about it anymore!
