Effect Online, LLC is seeking qualified designers that are proficient in logo and graphic design, as well as creating full web sites with flash or the usage of php or java within the site. To qualify for this position you must have examples of your past design work.


The Specifics:

We are looking for 3 qualified designers to work as Independent Contractors
The pay will be $25 an hour or more, negotiable depending on skill level.
Payment on the 1st and 15th of each month for each completed project.
This is a pay by the project job.
You have the opportunity to create web templates and sell them at an agreed upon price and retain 80% of the sale price.
Logo and web design based on hourly quotes.

Qualifications to Apply:

Due to the over whelming number of "FrontPage" designers out there I put this request out for anyone who wishes to apply for this job. Effect Online, LLC demands nothing but excellence out of anyone who works for it or works behind its name. Thus, we will only hire the best designers. We request that you create a template as an example of your work. The template needs to be of your own creativity but it also needs to show off your skills, as this will be what we base our decisions off of. The three people chosen to get the work contracts will have the ability to allow their template to be sold through the Effect Online, LLC website and retain 80% of the sale.

Effect Online, LLC will require you to sign a work contract to outline the specifics of your job, as well as the pay and to outline any copyright issues.
