Well, I can't give you a solid "Yes!" or "No!" but I can point out a few things, from there site:
GOOD:
- They have a great knowledgebase and live assistance representatives.
- They do have a telephone number avaliable.
- Does not look like they are overselling (according to there homepage).
- They have been around since 1995.

BAD:
- I telephoned the main number on the top of there page, and apparently they are open M-F 9a to 5p. Now, I did not call the support number on the 'Contact' page, so that may be avaliable now. I believe the number that I called was for sales.

Other than that, they look like a great company! If I was you, I would not hesitate to go with them.

I have a few sites hosted with them. They have been great for the past few months, but in 2005 I had a few problems with them. Nothing major, just outages and high server loads here and there. Those problems have gone away since they bought some new servers. I can't say I am a fan of their network provider though (Burst.net).

No we are not. That was the parent company and it was a terrible mistake as SD was a hacked by the old support from day one. At the moment Burst.NET is down hence clients maybe facing outages. We have not been given an ETA for this yet. Please read the thread on burst.net being down.

Thank you for your comments. We operate 9-5 support and sales via phone support. Livechat is available 24x7 and so it ticketing. We are still expanding our network for faster and better services.

Yes, but its the fault of Burst, not Hiyacorp. I would hate to have to move, but I really want to now just because of Burst.

Well we have not had issues for over a year but past two months there have been issues at burst. We will only move if the issues continue but this time round it was something no DC could have prevented. They had 2GIG per sec attack on their network. We are back up to speed now.

Also, If all goes according to plan, HiyaCorp won't be on the Burst Network this time next year :)

Really? Have they been a webhost since 1995? Somehow I doubt that. I remember them starting up around 2003, if memory serves me correct.

HiyaCorp began in 2001 as a computer hardware/software repair firm. Shortly after incorporating in early 2003, the company made the transition to providing internet services.

Where do you get the 1995 number?

1995 is on our site but thats because Ambient Solutions has taken it over which started back in 1995. Fred this is what they are talking about.

It says 1995 at the bottom of your Web site.

Ohh, ok! I see it now. :-) As Kash stated, Ambeint Solutions, our parent company, has been around since 1995.
