I run a small hosting business. I'm interested in finding a software application that will check my customer's sites. I want an application that will check for broken links, missing images, see if scripts actually execute (scan logs for erros notices?) and anything else that is helpful and will make my job easier.

Any suggestions from anyone out there?

Some comparable examples would be netmechanic.com or relsoftware.com. I'm not looking for a free application (although, that would be great!) but before I pay for it, I would like to hear some recommendations from other host owners.
