View Full Version : Plesk 8 IMAP Problems

Hello!

I have recently installed a fresh licensed copy of Plesk 8.

However, I just noticed that my Courier-IMAP service is not running. When I press the button to "Start Service" it just comes back to the same page and no change is made.

How do I activate this? I really need my IMAP/POP3 to work!

A little more info would help, like how it was installed, operating system, etc.

Best bet though is to contact Plesk...

Thanks for your reply. Plesk takes forever to get back to me.

Here's the info:

Red Hat ES 4.0
Plesk 8.0

Installed command-line via. SSH on to a clean new managed server.

What else would you need to know? I'm not quite sure what else to say.

Oh, and I did the installation exactly how the instructions said, I never changed the default directories or anything like that.

If s/he installed Plesk, chances are it isn't (really) managed :D
