Has anyone here at WHT had experience with this company?
And how long have you been selling dedicated servers?
I got well and truely *umm insert bad word here* by another place offering dedicateds here on WHT but I really would like to support a host who contributes to this forum, just preferably without the apparent risk that I took last time.
Also, just to confirm, the servers are fully setup and managed?
I can run a server... but the setup... allocating IPs etc is anotehr story once everything is loaded and setup I usually leave the host alone :) eg my current server I think I submitted about 4 support tickets in the first month, but now 8 mths later nothing hehe ;) so I am fairly self sufficient.
Im currently on 3 dedicated servers, (multiple sites) and want to a; brach out with servers at different hosts, and also try to cut costs a little (Im paying WAY too much for one of my current servers)

so if I could get a rpely from both, other WHT members who have used this host, and also from hostworkz I would be a very happy camper :)

I must admit, the occasional downtime didnt entirely fill me with confidence as uptime is of crucial importance as you likely know, however the fast response times posted and the fact that you are not afraid to post a link to a thread that has both good, bad and in between comments is refreshing, much better than posting a link to your own forums :) so for that I thank you.

We offer a 99.9% network uptime SLA, however, naturally we cannot guarantee the uptime of individual servers as these can be brought down by things that are out of our control (bad scripts, overloaded servers, etc).

oohhh, a 3Ghz thats a lot better than the server I am going to use you to replace, shoudl be interesting, I definately want it..... Now, get atht damn paypal to appear in my account.
Im currently forking out a little over 200 a mth for someything with a lot less specs for my hosting server, thats why I want to shift, cos I know Im paying too much, however the service and uptime to date has been undeniable, absolutely no issues with uptime since Ive had teh server which has been great.

You can obtain updates on your order by contacting the Activations team - simply reply to the email they would of sent you.

Just wanted to popin here and say my server was delivered, there was a small issue with the cpanel and they were waiting on techs from cpanel to get back to them.
Support to date has been exceptional, replies to my tickets within 30 mins so far (and tehre has been a few) they reconfigured my server for me to run some of my sites which wouldnt work on the standard configuration and basically servstra have been absolutely superb so far for me. I look forward to a long relationship with them!
