Hi,

I'm looking for some screen shots or an actual customer login (if anyone trusts me that much...heh). I'm trying to find out the EXACT steps you have to take, as a domain name registrant, to UNLOCK and PUSH a domain to a different enom account....from within the enom PDQ system.

This would be the system that looks like this: http://tinyurl.com/kdpyn

Thanks in advance! :)

No one? I need to instruct a customer on how to push their domain to us, but I have no idea what the eNom PDQ interface looks like. :(

Might be worth just getting an account. That way you can make a few flash tutorials and detailed written instructions for future reference.

Just my two cents :peace:

Tina, I don't have a PDQ account, but in the description for it within my reseller account was this link: http://www.enom.com/PDQ/PDQ_preview08.htm
Shows that the interface looks almost the same as the normal Enom DNS changes page.

The domain manager image is here:
http://www.enom.com/PDQ/PDQ_preview07.htm

Hope that helps.

Tina,
http://demodemo.com/1/tutorials/dns_enom.htm

Would that be of help? Are they changing the DNS or the Enom Reseller account completely. PM me and I think I have an empty enom account I can have you root around in.

Thanks guys. The PDQ is slightly different, but enough to where I need exact instructions to give my client. Someone did give me step by step instructions yesterday on how to maneuver through the PDQ, but if anyone has actual screen shots...that would be so great.
