Well i guess it's Just a realiable business partner to help with managing clients, design, hosting, sales, promotion, Basicly, to help

Still not clear to me what you are looking for.....

Your first post states you have a grant to invest in the company. So are you looking for partners to further invest in your venture? Or are you looking for partners to simply share the workload and profits?
