Hey guys,
I know payzip is down because they use a single merchant mastercard account to process so many transactions of their clients.
Is 2CO and CcAvenue the same? like they are 3rd party gateway too? Will they close down soon? if not why?

with 3pp there are never any guarantees - look at Paysystems. They were considered one of the top notch 3pp and then they suddenly closed up shop and left a lot of businesses in the cold.
I cannot comment on CCAvenue as I have not used them, but I do know 2checkout has been around for a quite some time, and seems to constantly be improving their services to ensure those with accounts with them are selling acceptable items, that sort of thing.
Personally, I think 2CO is great if you're just starting up and cannot justify the costs of a regular merchant account right away. Once your business gets going and has a steady income and profit generating, that is the time to consider a standard merchant account, IMO.

That doesn't mean Mastercard will not sue them?

2checkout, I doubt it.
They have a huge list of Do's and Don'ts. They also enforce their agreements strongly. You also must have a small space on sales pages saying that they are a reseller of you.

2CO & Ccavenue both are around for quiet some time. I had used them for like 12months before getting my own merchant account.
