Are there any good Dedicated Server companys in the UK if so what ?

you should probably have this moved to the dedicated forum, instead of in the requests forum, because when you post in here, you get a company telling you they're good, when you post inthe other forum, you get individuals telling you which companies they found to be good. :)

just say "mod, please move this thread" and one will wander by and do it. If you ask me, unless you're concerned about crappy servers, with pricing in GB, it's a lot better to get a server in the USA, your currency is more valuable too, you'll probably get 5-10x more for the same dollar in the USA as you would in GB.
