I am looking for a flash designer who is good at what they do. I'm about to be getting a couple of contracts that will require the sites/presentations to be done in flash and would like to have someone ready to take on the projects when they come through.

I get requests for flash a lot from my clients and usually turn them away but I don't want to do that anymore.
