I want to charge my client fixed date of month.For example,My client sign up on 15th.I want to charge him on every month of 15th.If other clients signup on 18th,then I charge him on 18th of every month.My charges are depend on the client sign up date.How can I set this properity?

Just setup a recurring billing payment and set it to bill monthly. It will then bill your clients every month on the day the client first signed up!! Perhaps your confused about the "awaiting processing to vendor" fields in your 2checkout account. That's not important. When the money is visible in your 2checkout account the clients card has been charged!! :)

when I try to ADD recurring product,there si one field called Periodicity.All I need to do is set the period to MONTHS and the first field to 01,right?

Does startup cost means extra fee to my clients?

Yes it simply means that they will be billed that amount on the first payment and it will never be billed again. Think of it as setup fees.
