I'm looking for a script which should function like http://link2me.com, but with a eye-catching interface :)

The functionality of the script should be like...

1. User1 signs up
2. Create his profile and post a URL where he would like to place links of his link partners

3. User2 signs up
2. Create his profile and post a URL where he would like to place links of his link partners

4. User1 see website of User2 and is interested in sharing a link with him, so User1 place the desired HTML code which is given in profile of User2 and click on a button that he has placed a link to User2's website and now want him (User2) to place his (User1) link.

This script will verify that the HTML code exists on both websites.

Do you have suggesstion or need further explanation?
