Its not all about rates.... don't just shop on the per transaction rate for something as important as a merchant account.

CDG Commerce are a fairly stable provider haven't heard anything bad, rates aren't that bad either.

I would also definitely agree that rates should not be the only thing to look for when shopping for a merchant account.

Certainly, the pricing is important but most merchant processors are within a pretty narrow margin of one another on the various line items... so the bigger issues become topics like customer service, reporting tools, chargeback processing, risk management, familiarity with the e-commerce or business application you are trying to put together, etc.
