What is the datacenter?
We colo our servers in a data center in the westin building in downtown seattle (http://westinbuilding.com/). We own and operate all of our routing and switching equipment. We have our own AS number too and have been in business for more than 4 years.

Price with control panel? ie Directadmin, plesk 30 domain and cpanel?
DA is $10/month
Plesk: you will need to get your own plesk license
Cpanel: $40/month

Will you install a free control panel? ie dms
Yes we can do that for a fee of $50/hour to install your custom request. Or we can install shared shared kvm/IP and give you a DVD rom with the OS that you want to install. This will be $35 one time fee and you can use the KVM for the whole 1 month. If you want to continue to use the KVM/IP after that, it will be $10/month extra. Plus, you get to keep the DVD Rom in your server so that whenever you want to reinstall your server, you can do it yourself.

Cancelation policy?
We just need 20 days advance notice to cancel your server.
All servers are month to month.

Is there any securing done to the server before you hand the server to us?
No. The servers are 100% managed by you. We don’t do any hardening whatsoever.

Is the bandwidth incoming+outgoing?
Yes, the Bandwidth is calculated both in the incoming+outgoing in the switch port level.
All servers have its own private Vlan.
You can also add more servers into your Vlan if you need more servers in the future.

Do you provide a bandwidth monitor?
We provide mrtg access so that you can monitor your B/W at all times.

Do you send emails out when a server gets near it monthly limit?
No we do not do that.

Nice offer! But 1 Mbit is too slow if I need to download many backup files to restore a server. Is it possible to have a burstable download bandwidth with 95th percentile?

I recommend you emailing jim it normally takes ihm 24 hours to reply and normally around 1am pst. I bought a server from them already and its great!
