We're on the brink of building a few new custom servers for more control over the configuration, components, etc.

Question: Does anyone have any experience with the colocation in the powersurge.net data center? More expensive than RackShack I know, but I'd love to hear if the extra cost is worthwhile in terms of their level of support, uptime, etc. (Another question is their dual OC-3 connectivity vs. Rackshack's ridiculously large pipe :D )
