Web host disappeared! :angry: :bawling:Contact was a certain chrisk, their nameserver was with propagation.net and their reg service provider was DirectNIC. I need to make changes to my site which is still online but I can't upload ("unable to access folders"). I am currently looking for a new web host: shared, 500 MB disk space, 2 GB bandwidth, Windows NT/2000, good, friendly 24/7 tech support (e-mail and phone) esp. since we're a non-US based org (& I need all the help I can get!), monthly billing, free setup would be great, with 30-day trial even better, prefer real host rather than reseller, will need message board, CGI forms and Secure Server/credit card authorization in the near future. Any suggestions? :)

dunno if it got all your other stuff, but you can always email them or ask questions on their forum, but as they say emailing them is faster :)

What about Site5? Are they still a great web host? Or what about Future Quest, HostMatters, Pair, OLM...? :confused: Thanks for your input!

Ooops, ***** reseller, BTW, none of the host listed in this thread (I'm not sure OLM) offer NT/W2K hosting.
Maybe you can contact to ***** and ask them what happened with verahosting.

Ha!Ha! :o Why? Why? :confused: Searching for a good web host is giving me a big headache!
Thanks for your input, Jedito. I thought propagation.net was a tech support company for web hosts?? Well, I'm just trying to move on from that bad experience... what would happen to our files on the old host? since our site is still online, I assume our files are hidden somewhere... can't upload though. Sorry for asking stupid questions. :o
What's your take on Alentus, MaximumASP, CFXHosting, Pegasus Web Tech...? or Sherweb, Last Digital, Netcetera, Pair...?
I do keep getting recommendations for Unix hosts... not WinNT/2K. I might just go with Site5, even though they're a Unix host. Anybody know their real address and phone #?
