Correct me if I'm wrong, but is not the iHelp Support Desk for the Plesk control panel?

What's the charge Tim, for IPs after 10? And do you have more info on the Hardware specs? (i.e., CPU / RAM and type, 7,200 rpm hard drive?)

iHelp Support Desk is made to work with Plesk however, there is a non plesk addition as well as it will be intergated with cPanel soon as well. IPS are $1 /monthly for additional IPS. The CPU is currently a 866mhz,512 0f Ram, 7200. The CPU will be soon upgaded to a 1gig. The DV2 Server which is coming online is a Dual 1.1, 1gig of ram.
