We are currently searching for following position.

The job will entail these responsibilities:

1) Provide support via live person for our shared server clients and via Kayako support ticket (Level 1)
2) Provide support to dedicated clients via Kayako support ticketing system( Level

The candidate must be proficient in cPanel/Whm software, Linux, Troubleshooting systems, installing cpanel on new servers, setting up linux on new servers . JSP experience a plus. We are a growing company, and looking for long term relationship with candidate.


We are only looking for individuals in USA or Canada, and you must be 18 years or older. The ideal shift is from 10:00 am to 6 pm CTS M-F
