I'd ordered a .net domian name ( at Tue 18/4/06 - 11:10 PM +2 GMT ) & I got the order mail which confirm my order and that my account info will be send during 24 hours, NOW it's over 60 hours and I didn't got any thing from them !!

At Wednesday I'd ordered domain transfer, and till now I didn't got even order confirmation mail or any thing confirms my order !!

I contacted their Live support, and they asked me to contact
billing@ipowerweb.com

Perhaps you were flagged for their risk department for additional fraud check? Which country you're from?

I'm from Egypt, But I think as a respect they should contact me ask for any info instead of delay my orders !!

I think your expectations are *WAY* too high. This company is selling domains below the cost and you're expecting them to give you decent customer support? I think you are expecting too much. Sorry to point this out.
