We are currently in the process of redeveloping the objectives of the company and changing our overall plans slightly.

At the current time we do all of our design in house but because of the ever increasing demand for our hosting side of things this is becoming more and more difficult.

Basically we are looking to outsource the design services. We would like someone to act as an employee for us but they don't receive a direct salary, we will pay 60% of what we charge any customer for the design.

A customer basically comes to us and says this is what we want, we come to you and say "how much", you tell us and we take 40% of that.

You will be the one responsible for interacting with the customer and you will act as an employee of ourselves. For example your email will be at our domain etc.

We are mainly looking for a freelancer rather than someone who currently has their own design company. Obviously this job wouldn't be full time.
