I'm very very angry:angry:

Because what has happened is I signed up for ukname.net's services and guess what, it was brilliant. I mean everything was going well and I was getting fast service etc.. but for the last 2 weeks, the owner of ukname.net (David) has just disappeared! He's never on AIM anymore, he doesn't answer e-mails either.

What should I do/Anyone else had this problem/anyone else with UKNAME.NET here?

This tends to be the norm with UK hosts. They get a few customers on board and then just sail along without a care in the world.

But what should I do now:confused:

1- His username on WHT is Ukname (I think).

Send a PM from here.

2- Do a whois on his domain name and email him at the email address used for domain name.

I wish he came back here to respond.

How is it? We have about 300 hosts in the UK give or take some numbers, I can name but 10 that provide decent support, Name me 20 ....

Ok I emailed him at that address. Now I don't know what to do because it is as if he's ignoring me right now as it is. He hasn't been online for 2 weeks, so basically he's trying to ignore me? Anyway, even if I do email at that address...I could still get ignored?

Does anyone know why David would not be giving support and would have just left for 2 weeks...? :bawling:
