I have been reading around about VHCS. I really want to use it just because it is open source. I have some things I would like to add to it. Right now our webhosting boxes are running Fedora Core4. We will probably soon upgrade to Fedora Core 5.
I would like to know, how reliable is VHCS under a default installation? Also, what billing system have people used to go along with it.

I have tried to install VHCS on Gentoo (I know, it's not the same as FC), and, the entire install borked. I've also heard of cases of other people complaining in the VHCS IRC channel. Also, I don't know of any billing systems that work with VHCS, and a quick google is drawing blanks.
Later,
Nick

Just a doubt? isn't it better to run it in Centos rather than FC5 since it is more server-oriented. FC5 was only out month ago and there might still be some hidden bug somewhere that is not really what a server should go for.

I think VHCS is developed with debian in mind, at least that was the default layout last time I installed it. The version I installed, a year or so ago, was a little buggy but after fixing the code myself works pretty good.
