Hello,
I recently have had a mess dropped into my lap.

We had a free website hosting program that gave away free websites, Powered by Home Free (http://solutionscripts.com/). Extremely old program like 1.8 it must be 10 years old.

I am looking for something that I can replace it with, either Perl or PHP based.

Functions we need
-limit webspace for each customer
-control header / or footer or both
-Be able to handle at least 30,000 accounts.

Preferable
-Slyck interface

ehm there is a freewebhosting panel called xpanel.com (http://www.xpanel.com/)

i haven't got any experience with it though...
