System is virtuozzo + whm/cPanel. I want to add one shell account without any web server or ftp server functionality, only ssh access, can this be done with cPanel?

When creating account with cPanel it does automatically public_ftp and public_html directories etc. which I dont want in this case but still I want to use cPanel for creating the account.

For this, you would need to add the user directly under command line. :)
