Yes 1200GB is the combined total of incoming+outgoing

I cannot say whether webmin will be adequate for your requirements, we can install it if you wish but will not configure it or the server, that will be up to you since this does not fall under our management plan.

What is the cancelation policy? Like 7,30,60,90 days ahead? Also is the next month free thing apply to the control panel as well? If i get webmin you will still do the basic securing right?

I have a couple of questions.

I'm very interested in ordering and I have some MAJOR projects that I'm trying to do ad are costing me a good amount of money and Im kind of an anus when it comes to backups. Do you provide some sort of server where my data can be saved so if anything should happen to my server I can still be able to back it up.

I can answer this because I ordered one of these....the paypal subscription is setup where you pay $79 (or whatever the full charge is after add-on's) with the next charge occuring two months later at the same rate. I am sure Nick will be along to answer the others but hope this helps in the meantime.

Our private racks are on the 66.79 range and thsi is where all our servers are being placed.

It's the same network, not sure why there would be a difference. If you're truly desperate I can talk to the datacenter and see if they can put a server for your elsewhere, contact customers@managemyservices.com

Thanks to Matt for fielding one of the questions, the way he described it is exactly how it works. The price you pay for the first month is the rate you will pay every month after the second month.

i just want to know how t o get a refund. i have been waiting since friday for replies to my tickets and email. i ordered a server thursday got the log in details friday. the server is not even up. monday still no replies to my serveral emails and tickets. no reply = refund for me
