Has anyone here incorporated in DE without consulting a lawyer? I was just wondering if I could get some info from someone with exp. I was looking through the forms and files on the State Dept's site, and trying to figure out the fee schedules. I think I saw a franchise tax of $200/yr minimum, but I wasn't sure on that one.

So yeah...if anyone with exp could go over how it was incorporating along with fees associated, that would be great. Thanks!

No offense to WHT, but you are better off not researching that kind of stuff here. Get a clear cut answer from a professional.
