Is anyone else having problems getting though the DCJN link again?


One of my servers just dropped offline...

Nothing has shown up on my radar. Could be a hardware problem with the server or with the switch you are on.

No probs here - Jason said that everyone was being moved to the main NAC network anyway, while the DCJN problems were being ironed out.

Hmmm..... Been down for almost 12 hours and still nothing....


Its strange that when I call I get the voice mail, or when I call the toll free number I get, "Please wait for the next representitive" and wait there for 30 min for nothing....

Have you tried calling 973-590-5050? - that's the emergency line, I always get a response when I call that.

Yup, got off the phone with them about 10 min ago, first I called them, got refered to pweb's 866 support line, and then refered back to the above emergency number.... Nothing like phone tag at 6am......

My sites are on the affected server. 13 hours of downtime and counting...

This sucks.

Umm. don't you think it would be wise to maybe send an email? to our support system as i don't see any in the queue from you, in our unixded, also the emergency # has recieved no calls from you, I would suggest in an emergency situtation doing one of the above. so please email unixded@pwebtech.com with the exact server name having trouble or call 973-590-5050 for the NOC.

Just spoke with the noc and they confirmed you called at 3pm est time for a reboot and it was done and the box is pingable, and i can login to it. Is their still a problem?

Everything seems to be working now.

Though I think it is fair to say that Matt, Andy, and Tony had considerable difficulty getting through to your call center over the last 24 hours.
