I really wonder...Cpanel plans are really cheap at the moment...so are their people that buy Plesk plans anymore out there? And if yes ...it's because :

a. they don't know cpanel features so they just jump into Plesk
b. they have never heard of cpanel
c. they buy whatever they find (if it's cheap)
d. they like more Plesk
e. Plesk plans are cheaper..that's why

It's true that Cpanel is prettier and has more features than Plesk. But at the end of the day, a host isn't judged on the software it uses but on support and uptime.

Also, a control panel is just a tool. Plesk can take a little while longer to get used to than CPanel but it doesn't make a difference to how your site displays on the web.

We use Plesk and we love it! Sure, it has issues, but competent administration can get round most. I hear CPanel hes improved alot in the last few months but it went through a nasty period a while back. Plesk is just so robust, stable and secure. It hardly ever goes down and can handle alot of domains on a server.

We are always looking at new options and will prpbably give the new HostGUI a try when and if it ever gets finished. But it has to offer the stability of Plesk as well as being pretty and loaded with features.

Although you didn't answered directly and/or part of my question I understand very well your point of view and I can say that I share it. But it's always the issue that nowadays customers are television's childlren..they have grown up with the screen in front...and the TV laws burn Plesk in front of customer's eyes...don't know if you get my point. Very often I hear from customers...not necessarily experts or people who have knowledge of all the existing panels and their features.... "why i should get Plesk when I get Cpanel at the same price?" ...and believe me if you sit down and explain some technical stuff that maybe should convince them try Plesk or any other (not Cpanel) they still get the Cpanel . That's why my question...

if plesk plans don't get sold, think about ensim plans....

It's nice to hear some good things about Plesk. I know it has problems (what software or hardware doesn't?) but I am not a programmer and found it simple and intuitive ... certainly less cluttered than CPanel. So CPanel is pretty --- who gives? Though, I think having a skinnable Plesk panel would be nice for branding.
