I have created a hosting template for a client, but they didn't like it and I made them something totally different. SO, here I am, with absolutely nothing to do with this wonderful template...

I was thinking I would try to sell it here. I don't need that much. All I want is $30, if the template is better than that, then the bidding will go up if people need it.

Well, the buyer gets any customizations within reason, the PSD, and HTML version, and any support they may want with how to do things. I think this is a pretty good deal...

Hi, nice template I suggest you add fake content, it makes it look a lot better and it will sell better that way.

it's not in HTML yet, but I'll add a bit-o-content now...
