I have about 30 domains which I'm thinking of redirecting to my web hosting website. This should give me an extra 400-800 unique hits per month.

Would I be better off doing a 301 redirect on one of the domains to my target domains and park all the othes at the first domain?

Or set up each domain as a website and have and advertisement banner on the front page for my hosting service.

Or develop those domains into simple 1/2/3 page websites with advertisement links to my hosting business. Maybe build a small website advertising my hosting service (company info/service pages) but have different wording on each unique domain/site.

Any other suggestions would be appreciated.

I will use park at the main domain :)
