That really depends if you are selling 200mb/5gb plans, or the 8gb/200gb oversold ones. From my experience the average customer rarely uses more than half their resources. This is how the more overselling hosts survive, or they just have stern TOS's which do not allow you to use anything near your quota.

Most of my customers are on 500mb Disk qutoa and 5000mb Bandwidth quota. Most use up 150mb disk quota and 3500mb bandwidth quota.

Yes, I Have 15GB HD And 300GB Bandwidth. Most Use 25-30% , Some MAy Use 70%

Our average user uses 200 MB and about 750 MB of bandwidth. The median numbers are well well below those numbers, so you have 20% of clients using 80% of resources and 80% using 20%.
