I opened a support ticket on Thursday morning for a cpu load issue... the load was outrageous... 31.34 or something like that when I captured the screen shot. The ticket still has not been replied to.

It had been running a load of 3-4 all morning and this has been happening a lot lately. I was told they would move me to a new server but that never happened. I have been given different stories on why the load issues happened, all of them plausible... but so many in a row? Like almost daily? Once I was even told it was backups running... during the day....

I had already made up my mind to move and was seeking a VPS, but had planned to keep the reseller account open for awhile and keepa couple of personal accounts there. They had been doing well for awhile, but now it seems like a one man show again, and if that one man is away... then we're stuck.

It's been well over 48 hours and no response to that ticket, or any of my follow ups. I'm almost done setting up my VPS and testing it.... maybe they'll get around to asnwering my ticket before then.....

Did you try their live chat?

no one on live chat, no one on any of the Messengers where I have found them before, no one answering emails, no one answering my ticket... so I figured I would check here

Well, at least someoen seems to be there... they closed my ticket, without a comment of course... and I still have not heard anything from anyone there.

It could also be automatic ticket closing after a certain lapsed time.

If it was an email, I would say re-send from another address or submit a ticket, but if it's a ticket you submitted, I guess it's time to move on :(

Yea, already moving on.
It was multiple emails, a ticket, and a phone call that netted me voice mail and no return call to the number listed for HappySupport.com which also belongs to sswebhost.

I'm having exactly the same problem with them: NoTicketReply & TicketAutomaticallyClosed

Now, I'm looking for a lowerEnd/affordable unmanaged dedicated server, with controlPanel, preferably in the EU :bawling:

If they are having alot of issues their phones could be ringing off the hook which could explain voicemail but its proably best to move on if they are closing tickets without a response
