I have been trying to setup paypal on my website using IPN, does anyone know where I can find a IPN script?

I have tried about 5 but they all seem to just be PDT scripts. Which isnt what I want, I need paypal to POST the order to my site where it then gets added to a database.

Can someone help me? Id be happy to pay you 20$ if you can successfully assist me in finding the script I need and any help.
