I have a friend I built a static website for. He has a small business. But what he wants now is a page on his site where there is a username and password login for him and his customers. That would then connect to a database (MySQL) and then display customer specific data such as work done and balance the customer owes at that point. The server the website is hosted is a Linux server running Apache, MySQL and PHP (LAMP). He wants to be able to edit the data himself as well as allow his customers to input data.

My question is does anyone know of a resource where someone might do some freelance work I could contract or maybe a place with templates that could accomodate this kind of app?
