I've spent 2 months of programming with my partner on this and we are finally ready to release. Besides the announcements which is the last thing to be programmed I want to get some feedback from the webhosts around here before we officially make it available for the general public. The price is $59.95 and everything has been reprogrammed using the latest php knowledge. Good suggestions or bad is welcomed

I don't mean to be rude, but there are several very good help desks already available, some for free.

I would encourage you to compare yours objectively with PerlDesk and Ticketsmith. Then, tell me what added value your system has....what about it is better and worth paying for.

My personal opinion is that there may be a market for a new help desk. However, it must be something beyond those currently available for free. And, as I compared your features, I didn't see any added benefit.

Things I would like to see....more flexibility, more customizing by the buyer.

Examples: Rather than preset priorities, let us designate the levels.

Example: Let us select the colors. Have simple table for configuring, much like say Dotster reseller program.

Example: Have more fields for customer information and have them customizable by us. For instance, I always want a second email away from their site.

One feature I would look for in a helpdesk for a hosting company is a helpdesk that can use the login and password information that the customer uses to log into his control panel. This usually means some kind of interface with whm, or plesk, or whatever. IMHO, having customers create a separate account on the help desk is kind of cheesy and a sure sign of a low budget hosting company.

Yes I have to agree withthe rest. PerlDesk f.e. really rules and is free... dunno if that is the right way but it is how it is
