Did they send you advance notice, e.g. 24 hours. If not, I wouldn't call it an upgrade, more like unscheduled downtime.

Do you have another email because their site is down also and I suppose their mail is down?

Our server Hardisk Partition was made standard i.e

C:\ = 5GB
D:\ = 35GB

It so happened that there was no enough space for Applications to run on C:\ , that is why we had to Extend the Partition Space on Drive C:\ . That is why it took so Long.

The server will be up in 20-30 mins from now on.

Thankyou for your Patience. Its was for a better reason.

The people intrested in taking compensation for the downtime today can mail us at sales@dreamzsolutions.net

Yes, you are up now.

Ping time is OK.

Browsing your site render a page says "Directory listing denied"
It means IIS 5 has no index.htm/html dedault.htm/html ... in root directory.

What is wrong with your server? Resizing NTFS need enough free space. I hope you still have more than 5 GB free on that drive D:

Good luck!
;)

They are not down, be patient.
