Is there a specific avenue we need to go through to get our username changed? There have been some changes within our company and this domain no longer fully reflects our image.

I think your email host sorts it to Junk?

If you don't have a Junk folder, you have a Bulk or Spam folder it's sorted to.

It wouldn't do much good to open another ticket if you can't get the email.
