After suffering at the hands of Lightone and such companies we now have a server with this company and the support and response has been fantastic I highly recommed them!

Im about to send a 1U over for colocation with this company.
Also would like some good/bad about this company before start.

Well i have stated my views. Charles has been very helpful for example whilst they offer no software support for the server that i have with them when i had a install problem with plesk Charles sourced the information from the plesk forum that i had missed and sent me the information.

The approach seems very much like we are all one big happy family and will do our best to help each other which is great and how ive been running my biz.
