For this design auction, we have a standard one-page HTML template up for grabs.

Information


This template has been categorized as a corporate site design. The designer will edit the template to reflect your company's identity; however, the designer will not make any major changes to the template without a service fee. This template is pre-made; therefore, comes as shown above except for the obvious changes. If you have any questions or comments about this design, please e-mail the designer directly at john@alpha-digital.com.



Auction Notes To protect the anonymity of all bidders, only the winning bidder's initials will be shown.
If the same bid amount is received from multiple parties, only the first bid will be considered.
The Design Auction is currently not live. We will be implementing this system soon.
The latest auction status will be updated everytime a bid is received during our normal business hours.
All Bids should be directed to john@alpha-digital.com.
All Bids are NOT retractable (make sure that you want to bid before officially submitting a bid).
All Auction Sales are FINAL - No Refunds will be provided for auction sales.
Completed Template will have a small 'Designed by John Hwang' link at the bottom (May not be removed).

It looks like a PixelBrick site. Very nice for $200.

It's only the PixelBrick 'blocks' that have stolen, the rest is not in the league to be honest.

Jeremy, this is common in the web design business. They are the creator, their copyright can appear at the bottom (unless you're overly concerned about the 'link' part... ???)

Tom my knowledge, PB *templates* start at around this, sites higher.

NitidNet, its up to you if you want to bid on the template or not, nobody’s forcing you. As chicken said, it is common practice for the designers mark to remain on the site.

As far as comparing us to pixel brick… well that’s pure judgment, we make our own designs and have no intention to steal or copy any one else’s design, however, similarities exist in all designs today. Designing a website is a trend and an art, so every web site design might have something in common if you look hard enough.

i know host rocket paid 40,000 for their main design and 25,000 for their rackfast design.... a bit much if u ask me but they are good.

Just to update the status of the auction with everyone at WebHostingTalk. The current winning bid amount is $240 and the minimum bid required right now is $260.
