No, sorry, just their email address, however, they finished my banners in 3 days if it worth for something this info.

Your best bet is to try and contact single designers, rather than big companies. Unless your wanting something of an amazing quality. Most grpahical designers can produce high-quality banners at very low prices. We also offer cheap design services, but most companies like us mainly focus on full website design, and you might find yourself paying a slightly higher price than from an individual.

They have no way to communicate over the phone.
I am looking for somebody that I can communicate with over the phone and express what I am looking for verbally.

Liquid design so far is the only organization where I was able to speak to a live human being.

Ive been looking for a good flash banner design firm as well. We dont need a budget designer we jsut want good work done on time. Bannersmall took way to long and we had some communication issues last time but its hard finding any flash banner alternatives that I like.
